Our PE department at Lanya has been gearing up its classes to prepare our G6-8 students to be at their best for our annual sports day. Adding to our fitness unit which our students have been getting in shape after a long summer break, we are teaching our students to the vertical and standing jump, relays, eagle-chick game and our favorite event: tug of war.
