As the COVID-19 Pandemic has not ended yet, many of the international competitions, including the Asia-Pacific Chinese-English Bilingual Festival, cannot be held. This makes the students of Kuei Shan and members of the Bilingual Debate Club lose the opportunity to learn and exchange experiences with other outstanding students from different countries. Since last year’s First Kuei Shan Bilingual Festival ended successfully, we have decided to hold the Second Kuei Shan Bilingual Festival. The situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan is becoming better, and we are allowed to organize public gathering events by following the COVID-19 regulations. Thus we are planning to host the first in-person Kuei Shan Bilingual Festival in the second semester of SY110.
